Home Sweet Home

I am so glad to live in Charleston!!! HA HA I am not a cold weather person and neither is our daughter. We absolutely enjoyed visiting and had a blast but we are glad we get to leave the cold snowy weather and return home to warmer weather. We didn't get to our resort till about 1:00am on Monday and when we got there is was 2 degrees and with the wind chill at the top of the mountain it was negative 25 degrees. Poor Tommy tried running to the room with some of our bags before we got out of the car and fell in about four foot of snow and lost his shoes! He had no idea it was that deep or fluffy! Gracie seemed to like the snow but didn't like touching it with her hand because it was too cold. She would make funny faces at you when she would touch it. We were able to take her sledding and she loved it. I must say her favorite thing of all was the indoor heated swimming pool. A HUGE BATH TUB in her mind! She is for sure a water baby! I can't wait to see how she is this summer. Here are a few pictures to share with you from our trip.
